Description of procedure of registration of medicines :
- When you make a decision about registration of medicines with us, both parties sign Agreement about Confidentiality.
- After submition of necessary documents, We analyse primary documents.
- We examine registration dossier, prepare list of lacking documents and define volume of necessary works.
- We inform you about the primary price and we negotiate about terms of payment. If our conditions are suitable for you, we begin the procedure of registration. The payment consists of 2 parts - 50% must be paied after the signing of the contract and before submiting the dossier to the agancy.
- During our collaboration we also arrange translation of registration dossier, bring documents in compliance with Georgian requirements, prepare missing documentation.
- We do our best in order to accelerate the process of approval of dossier.
- After signing the order from the Ministry of Health of Georgia about registration there will be issued original registration certificate within 1 month and approved instructions of medical application.
- We will be sending you the received originals of registration certificate and the order of the registration, after the second payment (50%) according to the Contract.
